Unfortunately I was sent the wrong order, which belongs someone else. I ordered the Lengthening mascara in brown.

I purchased 6 different things from ColorPop, an eyeshadow palette, a tub of gel based glitter, and 3 kinds of single tub shadow and a glitter shadow...and of those 6 items, 5 of the items are complete crap. No matter what type of primer and setting sprays i use (I've tried several kinds) this eye shadow has a wear time of 2 hours MAX before it starts to wear off and become almost non-existent as the day goes on. I have not received one response to any of my communication with ColorPop to rectify this in anyway. The only product that worked was the actual glitter i got, but as it was gel based it wasn't like the crappy eyeshadows. I will never waste money on this garbage again. The date of purchase is a guesstimate as I do not feel like finding my actual order.

I attempted to use the 40% off one item promotion, but at the time of checkout the promotion didn’t apply to my purchase. I emailed colourpop twice, but they were not able to help. I will no longer be ordering from the company due to this issue.

The quality of the product is great but no overly expensive. What’s awesome as well is the emails I receive on any deals the company may have, because who doesn’t love a good deal?. Not to mention the free shipping on orders over $30. Thank you being cruelty free in your products but being so attainable at the same time ?.

The website is hard to navigate. Difficult to look for items when there's no search bar. The products and the prices are really great though.

I love this company because they have WONDERFUL prices and great products. I will always but their liquid liner I tried others in the same price range and they smear. I have purchased a lot of their products and will continue to do so in the future.

THE QUALITY IS GREAT, i love what i bought! The makeup brushes are amazing. Just wish the shipping company wasn't DHL because they have horrible reviews for losing packages.

Saw these color pallet in Ulta, but didn't want to stay in long line during Christmas. Went online and bought it directly from the company. For some reason I couldn't find quality blue shade eyeshadows anywhere, but ColourPop had it. Smooth and light. Very satisfied

I sent several emails in regards to being very dissatisfied with the product, never got a response. I will never by the brand again. Not only is the customer service awful but the products aren't great either

The products are great! The prices are great! The only opportunity area is the tracking page you use, it does not track well the packages and refreshes the info every 3 or 4 days later.

I've made many purchases on Colorpop's website over the years and I have to say they have a great customer service. If any item is ever forgotten or broken in one of my purchases, they do not hesitate to send me a shipment. The only challenge is that a lot of their products are not available in stores near me which means that I have to guess at what the colors will look like with my skin and when I get it wrong, I am lest to deal with a product that I don't use. I wish there was a recycling or upcycling program so that no makeup gets wasted.

I love almost all the products I recently purchased. A couple have pigment issues, as they are not as deep/bright on the skin as in the pan. Other than that, everything is great!

The makeup I ordered took a bit longer to get here but it was worth it. The makeup was good quality and in-tact, though the eyelashes I bought didn't specify if they were magnetic or adhesive, which I thought was a bit silly. Aside from that, very very good!

Very happy with the products I ordered (Going Coconuts and Taupe eye shadow palettes). They arrived in very good condition. The quality and colours of matte eye shadows are very good, the shimmer ones are a little disappointing though.
